Royal Ridge Fruits is a family owned company that is now in its third generation of management.  Our family moved from Oregon to Washington in 1962 where it founded Dorsing Farms and began farming.  In the mid 1980’s Dorsing Farms began to diversify from row crops to orchards.  We are located in a high desert climate that is ideal growing conditions lending evenly colored fruit with high brix levels.  Dorsing Farms is currently the largest producer of Montmorency tart cherries on the west coast.  Royal Ridge Fruits was an investment by the Dorsing family to process the tart cherries that were being harvested by Dorsing Farms.

Royal Ridge Fruits began operation in 2001 and began pitting and freezing tart cherries.  In 2005 Royal Ridge Fruits expanded its operation by offering cold storage for its tart cherry customers as well as other businesses in the area.  In 2006, we continued our expansion by drying tart cherries.  In addition to dried tart cherries, we offer dried blueberries, dried strawberries, dried sweet cherries, dried apples, dried raspberries and dried cranberries.
