How do I mix the Concentrate?

  • Mix one ounce (2 tablespoons) of concentrate to 8 ounces (one cup) of water. Create a regular habit of drinking the juice at least once a day.

How often do you recommend taking the mixture?

  • It is important to take the concentrate every day.

Can't I just mix up a couple gallons at a time?

  • We don't recommend that you mix any more than you can consume in two or three days. Once the concentrate is mixed with water or any other ingredient an oxidation process begins and the freshness and healing properties begin to diminish.

How do I store the Concentrate and how long will it keep?

  • Room temperature shelf life is 6-8 months.

    Refrigerated up to 12 months.

Frozen and if frozen it will last for 3 years. (Bottles are made to be frozen)

Once opened, the juice needs to be refrigerated.

Why does the label say there is no Vitamin C in the concentrate? I thought all fruit had Vitamin C?

  • Our concentrate is Flash Pasteurized for the protection of our customers and so it will store without fermenting. We are very careful not to overheat our concentrate when pasteurizing it. We "flash pasteurize" meaning the temperature is only raised for a few seconds. This process preserves the healthy benefits of the cherry but it does eliminate the Vitamin C.

How long will one quart of concentrate last?

  • Royal Ridge Concentrate has 32 ounces in each bottle. If just one person is drinking the mix, (One ounce to eight ounces of concentrate) one bottle is a 32 day supply. However if two people are taking the mix, it will last for 2 weeks or 16 days

How much sugar is in the juice?

  • There is no added sugar, just the natural sugars from the cherries. We have many customers who are diabetic and drink the juice regularly. The natural sugar in 1 ounce of the concentrate is roughly equal to the amount in a medium apple.

Will the juice interfere with my medicine?

  • This is something you should talk to your doctor about if you are concerned but we have thousands of customers who are on medication and drink the juice regularly with no interference.

Will it upset my stomach?
  • If you are concerned it might be best to drink the juice after eating something. We have heard from customers with acid reflux disease and others with a propensity for upset stomach but none have reported problems with drinking the juice.

Isn't just about any cherry juice good for me?

  • Not all cherries have the same properties as the Montmorency Cherries Royal Ridge Concentrate is made from. Be careful of ready to drink juices where you pay mostly for water. Very little concentrate goes into a quart of the ready to drink juices. Of course the processing of the Cherry Concentrate is very important. Royal Ridge uses 'state of the art' technology in their processing and storage. It is quality controlled and tested at every stage of the processing. Other types of cherries such as Black Cherry Concentrate, available in some health food stores, has good qualities but it only contains one of the three anthocyanins contained in Royal Ridge Montmorency Concentrate. These anthocyanins are one of the elements that provide much of the benefit in Montmorency Cherries. Generally speaking the brighter red the color the higher the anthocyanin content.

  What are "tree-run cherries"?

  • Royal Ridge Fruits is the only Cherry Concentrate that uses 100% Montmorency Cherries direct from the tree, rather than dead falls or culls used by some other producers when making their juice. Many other producers also add other types of cherries to their concentrate producing a lower quality and cheaper blend. Royal Ridge Concentrate is 100% pure "tree run" Montmorency Cherries.

What makes Royal Ridge Montmorency Cherries different?

  • Royal Ridge Fruits maintains the HIGHEST QUALITY Standards in the Industry. Royal Ridge cherries are superior in quality because of the location in which the cherries are grown and careful monitoring of the orchards. Unlike other parts of the county, in Washington State the cool nights contribute to the very rich color that produces very high anthocyanin and atioxidant levels. Since our product is used as flavoring by many of the largest international companies our standards must be maintained at the highest level.

Since Royal Ridge is the largest producer of 100% Pure Montmorency cherry concentrate in the United States, how do they process all of their concentrate so quickly?

  • Royal Ridge Fruits has many different orchards, all located in slightly different latitudes from Royal City. The orchards just 20 miles south of Royal City ripen approximately four days earlier than the orchards nearer to Royal City. Conversely, the orchards located further north ripen later. The cherries in each of these orchards are processed from picking to concentrate within just six hours. Our state of the art facility and careful monitoring by our orchard master are what make this seeming monumental task all possible.

How do I order the juice when I run out?

  • You can order on-line at www.royalridgefruits.com, Or call toll free: 888-802-7872. When ordering ask about shipping specials.

Isn't it expensive to ship? I've noticed some of your competitors are charging a lot for shipping.

  • Not at all. When you order by the case SHIPPING IS FREE. Be careful when reading other websites. Some suppliers advertise a lower purchase price but make it up by charging extra for shipping. Others sell a half size bottle (16 oz.) for the same price as ours.

What is my cost for a months supply?

  • You pay just $13.95 for a months supply. This is exactly the cost that retailers and health practicioners pay. You will get the same wholesale price. Some of these health practicioners and store owners mark the concentrate up 2 or 3 times that cost. We have seen some sell a quart for as high as $46.00.

How can I be sure your concentrate is the best?
  • We are confident our product is the highest quality. Some people have purchased from several different suppliers and made the comparison themselves and then decided on our product.
