Our business hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) Monday through Friday. Generally all orders received during our regular business hours will be processed and shipped the following business day.

All orders are shipped via UPS ground, and require a street address for shipment—no PO boxes. UPS Tracking numbers will be furnished to all customers providing us with an email address.
